Being on the MS Europa 2 cruise ship on a transatlantic crossing from New York, USA to Hamburg, Germany, Sumina participated in a number of concerts.
The group achieved to delight the audience, which celebrated the music and the young musicians with standing ovations.

Sumina had the extraordinary chance to play on selected highly valuable violins kindly loaned by the London-based company Florian Leonhard Fine Violins, lead by Florian Leonhard. 

From the selection of instruments, Sumina had the honor to play concerts on unique violins such as the 'ex Stevens' Stradivari, a Landolfi, a Guadagnini, a Gagliano and the 'ex Ruggiero Ricci' Guarneri 'del gesú'.
